Constitution

The Club adopted the ASA recommended constitution, which covers the likely requirements and rules of the club, at the AGM in 2006 a whole year before it became a mandatory requirement.

Some minor amendments were introduced by the ASA and these were adopted by us at the AGM in 2007. That version remains in force and is available here for download.

As a member of the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA), the club is governed by their rules including their Code of Practice on Child Protection. This and other key areas are enshrined within the Club Constitution which should be read (available under the Constitution area of this website and available to download).
